Qualifications

• Juris doctor or Master of Laws required.
• Minimum 7 years practicing as an attorney.
• Must be admitted to State Bar or eligible for admission; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to clients.
• Manage external counsel and experts.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Set strategic direction for cases and oversee discovery.
• Oversee paralegals and staff in the Legal Department.
• Communicate with Legal Department management and clients.
