Responsibilities

• Select door hardware accessories for projects to meet specifications.
• Find and source custom hardware as needed for project success.
• Optimize current product offering and strengthen dimensioning, detailing and installation principles.
• Ongoing product innovation.
• Guide all procurement into manufacturing.
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for product development aligned with business goals.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize projects.
