Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support growth initiatives, capacity expansions and productivity improvements. You will work with the EHS team to identify safety improvements and drive lean projects across the shop floor.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and two years of manufacturing experience, with bilingual English-Spanish being a plus. Relocation assistance is provided and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
Two years of manufacturing experience are required.
Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with EHS to identify processes or equipment improvements to eliminate safety hazards.
Define and control production processes including tooling and equipment; validate designs for shop floor application.
Specify and procure new equipment and tooling to meet production and growth needs.
Develop and implement VCP projects and lead them to successful completion.
Support NPI and TOW projects and related equipment.
Collaborate with production to identify automation opportunities to boost productivity.
Utilize Lean tools and methodology to drive continuous improvements.
