• The role is a non-partnership track position within the firm's Proposition 65 practice, which is part of its nationally recognized Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, consumer product regulatory counseling, complex commercial litigation, and/or consumer litigation (defense) is preferred.
• Candidates should have at least three years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm or a law firm with an equivalent practice.
• Admission to the California bar is required, along with admission to the bar for the candidate's jurisdiction of residence if outside California.
• California state court experience and a previous federal clerkship are advantageous.
• The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote and in-office work.
