Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Litigation Attorney for its Proposition 65 practice. This non-partnership track role is part of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group and is open to any US office.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience, is admitted to the California bar, and brings strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Proposition 65 or consumer class action defense is a plus, and hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with Proposition 65 or consumer class action defense is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Federal clerkship is beneficial.
