Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Litigation Attorney for its Boston office to join the Proposition 65 practice within the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group. This non-partnership track position offers meaningful legal work and opportunities for career growth.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of litigation experience, ideally at an AmLaw 100 firm, with exposure to Proposition 65, consumer class actions, or complex commercial litigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.
