Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Chicago seeks an Attorney to join its Proposition 65 practice. This non-partnership track role is part of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group, offering meaningful litigation work.

The position requires a JD and at least 3 years of litigation experience, with a preference for AmLaw 100 background. California bar admission and potential federal clerkship are advantageous, with a hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience; AmLaw 100 experience preferred.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.
