Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Phoenix seeks an Attorney to join its Proposition 65 practice. This non-partnership track role is part of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Requirements include a JD and admission to the California bar, at least 3 years of litigation experience, and familiarity with Proposition 65 or complex commercial litigation; federal clerkship is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.
