Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is assisting a law firm in Philadelphia seeking an Attorney to join its Proposition 65 practice on a non-partnership track basis. The role sits in the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience, California bar admission, and experience with Proposition 65 or complex commercial litigation. JD required; federal clerkship is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.
• Admitted to the California bar and the bar of the jurisdiction of residence.
