Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Litigation Attorney for its San Francisco, CA office. This non-partnership track role sits within the Proposition 65 practice of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group.

You will advise and defend clients in complex matters, and collaborate with other attorneys across the firm. Applicants should have at least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably from a top-tier firm, with a strong record in deadlines, communication, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.
