I am currently working with an AmLaw Top 50 firm that are looking to bring someone into their Product Liability practice. This is a chance for anyone with 6+ years of experience within either Product Liability or Commercial Litigation to gain better work-life-balance whilst still working for a highly regarded firm. This opportunity sits within a firm that prides themselves on open door policies, collaborative working, and specific Associate mentorship.
Within this practice you will be managing cases with a high degree of autonomy. The role will involve drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery. Additionally, you will be managing document collection, review, and production.
This opportunity is non-partnership track position due to the nature of the position so I appreciate this role may not be for everyone but if any of the above sounds interesting and you meet the requirements.
