Qualifications

• Active bar membership in the state where you reside and admission in WA or CA.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue substantive motions, briefs, and other court filings
• Oversee written discovery, document collection, review, and production
• Conduct legal analysis related to causation, failure analysis, and liability issues
• Collaborate with clients and litigation teams to develop case strategy
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and case management
• Support large-scale litigation matters, including MDLs and coordinated proceedings

The practice regularly manages large-scale litigation matters, including multidistrict litigation and coordinated state court proceedings.
