Zendesk seeks a Senior Manager, Growth Analytics to lead a team of analysts and partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers to optimize the customer journey from acquisition to expansion. The role blends hands-on analysis with strategic analytics leadership, shaping metrics, data models, and analytics capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

Significant experience in product analytics or growth analytics in a software/SaaS environment.
Experience designing, measuring, or interpreting product experiments and A/B tests.
Strong SQL skills and experience with complex data sources.
Experience using Python or R for statistical analysis or data preparation.

Responsibilities

Understand PLG journey performance and identify friction points to improve outcomes.
Build cross-functional partnerships to drive self-service bookings and growth.
Define business questions, hypotheses, goals, and success metrics with product/engineering teams.
Lead and develop a team of growth analysts with coaching and career development.
Establish and evolve measurement for the PLG funnel across stages: acquisition to expansion.
