You will shape product portfolio strategy and performance reporting for payments products serving our SMB and Commercial clients, collaborating with product, analytics, and leadership to set priorities and drive results. You are highly organized, self-motivated, and an exceptional communicator who can influence at all levels in a fast-paced environment and deliver meaningful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in strategy or product leadership.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product portfolio strategy, partnering with product managers to establish objectives and key results
• Lead strategic projects by structuring complex business problems and developing solutions in collaboration with product, analytics, and research teams
• Synthesize data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive analysis, and company goals to assess product performance and prioritize future initiatives
• Manage executive communications and updates to senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of key team outputs and follow-ups
• Monitor and synthesize industry trends and competitive dynamics across the payments landscape to inform strategy
