Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Product Manager for Identity & Memberships to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for guest identity, account profiles, and loyalty memberships across officedepot.com and retail stores. You will lead cross-functional teams to define strategy, requirements, and success metrics, ensuring measurable value for members and the business.

You will partner with Loyalty & Rewards, UX, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Store Operations to drive member acquisition,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in marketing, business administration, product management, or a related field.
• Experience in loyalty/membership programs or ecommerce preferred.
• Retail/o mni-channel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the product roadmap for Identity & Membership across free and paid tiers, delivering benefits across online and retail channels.
• Translate strategy into prioritized requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) with UX, Engineering, Data, and Marketing.
• Define and own the measurement framework for Identity & Membership features, including adoption, funnel conversion, and post-launch validation.
• Coordinate delivery of new capabilities with UX, Engineering, IT, and vendors.
• Manage intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new benefits and partnerships for both free and paid tiers.
