You will own the program’s strategy, launch readiness, governance, and ongoing optimization with venues, operators and brands to deliver scalable experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in loyalty, membership, or lifecycle marketing roles.
• Experience building or scaling loyalty programs in complex environments.
• Experience operating programs across multiple business units.
• Strong commercial and financial fluency for evaluating offers and budgets.
• Governance, decision rights, and cross-functional rhythms.
• Proven ability to influence across teams.

Aufgaben

• Translate strategy into an executable, multi-year program roadmap.
• Own the loyalty roadmap across operations, experiences and platform capabilities.
• Scale the program with capability, process and resource requirements.
• Lead activation of statuses, recognitions, and entitlements across journeys.
• Establish operating model with workflows, SLAs, approvals, and escalations.
• Drive cross-functional decisions on communications, funding, and experiences.
• Define KPIs and reporting for program value to guests and operators.
