Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Product / Customer Lead to own a new enterprise operating system unifying MRP, production scheduling, engineering, and customer data. You will lead a cross-functional team and translate complex business processes into actionable system requirements.

You will collaborate with operators, engineers, and supply chain stakeholders to set the vision, drive backlog, and deliver high-value releases while guiding change across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial/Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in software product management, business systems, or technical product leadership.
• Experience leading the development/ownership of MRP/ERP, MES, or PLM systems in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Experience translating business processes into system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for a new enterprise OS spanning MRP, production scheduling, engineering, repair, service, and customer data.
• Engage operators, engineers, supply chain, service teams, and stakeholders to capture needs and translate into prioritized requirements.
• Elicit, document, and manage requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Recruit, grow, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and analysts.
• Drive architectural and technical trade-offs across MRP, scheduling, engineering, repair/data domains.
• Define and manage the product backlog and deliver iterative, high-value releases.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement based on performance and feedback.
• Lead change management and adoption to make the platform the single source of truth.
• Ensure seamless integration and data traceability across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, and customer systems.
