Job summary

Blue Origin on Merritt Island, FL seeks a Senior Multi Mission Program Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing and operations initiatives in a high-velocity aerospace environment. You will align strategic objectives with day-to-day execution, drive schedule integrity, and push for continuous improvement across teams.

You will own communication rhythms, manage risks, and support CapEx planning while guiding change management and readiness for production scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in program/project management in manufacturing or operations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaborator management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives involving manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams.
• Translate operational strategy into executable plans with clear achievements, owners, and dependencies.
• Drive schedule integrity by identifying risks, resolving constraints, and ensuring alignment across all collaborators.
• Collaborate with Work Center Leaders, Engineering, and Program teams to handle both baseline demand and emergent work.
• Establish and maintain mechanisms for tracking progress, risks, and performance (schedule, cost, efficiency).
• Facilitate decision-making by providing clear, data-driven insights to leadership.
