Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Senior Engineering Operations Lead to serve as the backbone of the MK2 Crew Systems product team. You will own the Rhythm of Business, drive the IMS, manage budget inputs, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with NASA partners to keep complex programs on schedule.

Applicants should have 8+ years in aerospace operations or related fields, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional reviews and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years in program/engineering operations or technical PM in aerospace.
• Experience owning an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with cross-program baselining.
• Demonstrated Jira experience and cross-functional process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship or eligible for U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run the Crew Systems Rhythm of Business with daily reports and WBR updates.
• Own and drive the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with baselining and baselines.
• Own budget tracking and EAC inputs with Finance coordination.
• Coordinate across engineering, planning, supply chain, facilities, and NASA partners.
• Lead DAC planning and provide review-package inputs for DAC milestones.
• Lead planning and readiness for major reviews with clear ownership.
• Support and train Responsible Engineers in schedule, budget, and DAC execution.
