Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Andover, MA is seeking a Product Lead to oversee the Sensors High Mix Circuit Card Manufacturing area. You will coordinate with Program Operations Managers, Manufacturing Work Centers, and other partners to ensure on-time integration of material and labor for manufacturing schedules.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Program and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of CCM schedules with cross-functional teams, Global Supply Chain Management, POMs, PPL, IPT, Engineering and other functional areas for depot work.
• Support Manufacturing Operations strategy and utilize CORE/R6Sigma best practices.
• Lead the effort to develop and implement cost reduction initiatives for both recurring efforts and new business opportunities.
• Lead collaborative teams on tactical and strategic discussions to drive results and break down barriers.
