Job summary

Raytheon Technologies Corporation in Andover, MA is seeking a Hardware Lab Lead to oversee multiple engineering labs on site. You will manage lab operations, safety, security, compliance and property management, coordinating with customers, technicians and senior leaders.

You must hold a STEM degree and be able to obtain a DoD security clearance. This role requires independent work, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years in an engineering lab environment overseeing safety, security, compliance and property management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab operating procedures and enforce established policies.
• Coordinate Environmental Health Safety and Sustainment activities.
• Manage property, metrology, equipment service contracts and repairs.
