Raytheon is seeking a Production Control Supervisor at our Andover, MA facility within the Circuit Card Manufacturing value stream. The role requires data-driven decision making to forecast material and workforce needs and to meet critical customer deadlines with cross-functional teams.

You will interact with program, planning, production control, operations, quality, and engineering to develop execution plans that align with financial targets and supply chain strategies.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 2 years minimum experience.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, production control or related fields.
• Experience leading daily team operations.
• Ability to obtain Interim Confidential U.S. government clearance.

Responsabilités

• Manage a high visibility, high mix area.
• Analyze material availability and track / report status.
• Provide production floor support including WIP, kit readiness, and MRP duties.
• Supervise material handlers.
• This is an onsite role in Andover, MA.
