Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a Product Lead, Data Licensing to own the products around market data and the program that serves institutional customers. You’ll decide what to package, who it’s for, pricing, and delivery, partnering with ICE to distribute these products within ICE’s client base and beyond.

You’ll run the program end-to-end: roadmap, packaging, pricing, partner relationships, and client conversations, with a strong emphasis on revenue and market impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, market data, or a commercial role with revenue ownership.
• Deep familiarity with packaging, licensing, and pricing of market data.
• Experience selling to or working with institutional clients such as hedge funds, banks, or data vendors.
• Strong ability to write specs, prioritize roadmaps, and say no to nonessential requests.
• Comfortable being the commercial face of a product, leading pricing conversations and client calls.
• Technical fluency to work with data engineers on feed design, latency, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the data licensing product end-to-end, including packaging, pricing, and value proposition.
• Serve as primary product counterpart to ICE, translating distribution requirements into builds.
• Define data products: real-time probabilities, order depth, trade prints, historical archives, with tiered entitlements.
• Engage institutional clients to learn needs and translate them into the roadmap.
• Build the commercial narrative and enable ICE distribution teams to sell it.
• Own pricing, packaging, and license terms for different client types.
• Collaborate with data engineering on delivery architecture, latency, and uptime SLAs.
• Coordinate with legal/compliance on licensing terms and data policy.
• Own program metrics: licensing revenue, client adoption, feed usage.
• Create end-to-end documentation for internal teams and customers.
