Job summary

FINRA seeks a Lead Product Manager to drive the Enterprise Data Inventory platform, owning the end‑to‑end lifecycle from discovery to operation. You will coordinate with EDPO, CIS, IA, and other teams to translate complex data requirements into actionable product features and measurable value.

You will lead multi‑product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and collaborate with UI/UX and engineering to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery and adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
• 7 years of experience in one or more of: product management, project management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing
• 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management
• Strong writing ability
• Strong business acumen
• Experience with Agile software development
• Experience working cross‑functionally in a large organization
• Experience working closely with senior leadership
• Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables

Responsibilities

• Leads the product lifecycle from discovery through implementation and ongoing operations
• Defines product vision and roadmap for Enterprise Data Inventory
• Prioritizes backlog based on user value and data-driven insights
• Collaborates with UI/UX, architecture, and technology teams
• Coordinates cross‑functional launches and UAT when needed
• Drives product development through demos, acceptance criteria, and release planning
• Monitors product success metrics and iterates based on feedback
• Mentors junior product managers and fosters best practices
• Engages with data stewards and owners to understand data landscape
