QTS Data Centers seeks a Product Lead to drive end‑to‑end ownership of data center platforms, analytics, and developer enablement. You’ll partner with construction, engineering, and operations to translate complex workflows into scalable product capabilities. This senior IC role blends strategy with hands‑on delivery.

You’ll define roadmaps, measure outcomes, and lead cross‑functional teams to improve reliability, automation, and efficiency across global data center operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, product leadership, or related roles
• Demonstrated ability to own outcomes and value realization, not just delivery or backlog management
• Experience operating in highly cross-functional domains and translating business needs into product capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps aligned to technology strategy and business goals
• Own product backlogs end-to-end, ensure clear definitions, sequencing, and outcomes
• Lead backlog refinement and epics/features for complex, high‑impact work
• Partner with engineering and architecture to shape solutions, surface risks, and dependencies
• Validate usefulness and impact of delivered capabilities with internal users and stakeholders
• Lead or participate in product ceremonies and maintain alignment across teams
