Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks a Manager of Critical Operations to lead facility strategy, continuous improvement, and support for electrical, mechanical, and DCIM platforms. The role collaborates with Engineering Manager, owns strategic projects, and drives energy efficiency in a 24x7 on-site data center environment.

The candidate will oversee preventative/corrective maintenance teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with Sales, Implementation, and Solutions Engineers to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of people leadership experience.
• Seven or more years data center operations experience.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement facility policies and procedures.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, life safety systems.
• Develop budgets and cost controls for operations.
• Collaborate with teams to deploy and maintain customer environments.
