Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks a Software Engineering Technical Lead to guide a team of 4-5 engineers and establish scalable architectures for the SDP platform. You will drive best practices, review code, and coordinate complex feature work and bug fixes.

Responsibilities include leading design discussions, crafting data models, estimating tasks, and mentoring junior developers while ensuring high-quality technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering with APIs and system integration.
• Experience with front-end and back-end tech: Angular, Java 8+, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, REST.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Experience leading offshore software developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 software engineers and establish patterns and architectures.
• Perform code reviews and coordinate tasks.
• Lead requirements analysis and system architecture, including DB schemas and tech choices.
• Estimate technical tasks and create documentation.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and mentor team members.
