Job summary

Figma is seeking a deeply technical product leader to guide the four teams in the Code area. You will manage and grow Product Managers while partnering with engineering, design, data, and research leaders to shape the future of how design and code connect within Figma.

The role is full-time and can be based in our New York hub or remote from the Eastern US. You will drive strategy and adoption across Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Product Management teams and shipping complex software products.
• Strong ability to set strategy and rally teams around bold initiatives.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the four teams driving Figma’s Code area: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform.
• Set vision and goals for design-code synchronization across the product suite.
• Own end-to-end workflows for Design to Code and Code to Design, including quality and discoverability.
• Develop code-context systems and translation primitives powering agentic workflows.
• Manage and grow three Product Managers and hire the open PM role.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and research leaders for technical product decisions.
• Establish operating cadence and adoption targets for MCP and related workflows.
