Job summary

Figma is seeking an experienced, customer-centric product leader to drive the company's multi-product platform experience from our San Francisco hub or remote in the United States. You will lead PMs, shape strategy for platform coherence, and ensure the user experience is clear and high craft.

You will work across engineering, data, and design, hire and coach a senior PM bench, and influence adoption, retention, and collaboration at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing PMs and leading senior PMs.
• Experience setting strategy for multi-product platforms.
• Strong systems thinking and UX judgment.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale, cross-group initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams owning shared user experiences across the product suite, platform coherence, multiplayer, collaboration, and design system.
• Set vision and goals for workflows and interoperability; drive high-quality PM craft.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and design to deliver outcomes across groups.
• Hire, coach, and develop a senior PM bench.
