Job summary

Figma is seeking a deeply technical product leader to guide the four teams responsible for the Code area: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform. You will manage and grow a team of Product Managers and partner with engineering, design, data, and research leaders.

• Minimum 3+ years managing Product Managers and growing teams.
• Proven track record shipping developer tools and AI products.
• Experience setting strategy amid technical and product ambiguity.
• Experience working with enterprise customers to understand workflows and ship products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the four Code area teams: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform.
• Set vision and goals to keep design and code in sync at Figma.
• Oversee end-to-end workflows, quality metrics, and discoverability.
• Guide development of code-context systems powering agentic workflows.
• Mentor and develop three Product Managers and hire the open PM role.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and research for technical decisions.
