Figma is seeking an experienced, customer-centric product leader to guide the multi-product platform experience, ensuring a clear, coherent user experience with high craft and real revenue impact. You will set strategy across groups and influence how millions design and collaborate daily.

This full-time role can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. You will hire, coach, and develop a senior bench of PMs, collaborating with engineering, data, and design to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing PMs and coaching a senior bench of PMs.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale, cross-group initiatives.
• Strong systems thinking and UX judgment with high agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams that own shared user experiences across the product suite, including platform coherence and collaboration features.
• Set vision, strategy, and goals for workflows and interoperability; drive high-quality PM craft across groups.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and design to deliver outcomes with impact across the company.
• Hire, coach and develop a senior bench of PMs across the group.
