Figma is seeking an experienced product leader to drive a multi-product platform experience with clear, coherent user experiences across the product suite. You will influence strategy, craft high-quality PM work, and partner across engineering, data, and design to deliver impactful outcomes.

You will lead a senior PM bench, set strategic direction for workflows, and collaborate across borders to strengthen the user experience at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sweeping changes across groups.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration & communication.
• Deep user empathy, appetite for complexity and a drive for simplicity.
• Track record of setting strategy and executing major user-facing initiatives.
• 5+ years managing PMs and coaching a senior bench.
• Strong systems thinking and UX judgment.
