Job summary

Flexion Robotics is seeking a product thinker to define the AI platform layer for humanoid robots. You will own the roadmap, balance data workflows, and design interfaces to deploy, operate, and understand intelligent robots in real-world settings.

You will work at the intersection of AI research, engineering, and commercial teams, translating emerging capabilities into reusable product features while engaging with customers through site visits and deployments.

Qualifications

• PM experience with AI/ML products, robotics, or data platforms.
• Strong product judgment to identify needs across diverse use cases.
• Technical foundation to discuss models with ML researchers and engineers.
• Experience defining user-facing interfaces for complex systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 10%.
• Experience with reinforcement learning or foundation models for robotics.
• Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the AI platform, focusing on capabilities, data infrastructure, and interfaces for real-world robots.
• Develop deep understanding of end-customer use cases across industries and identify reusable capabilities.
• Define and prioritize robot skills and capabilities based on value across use cases.
• Define data workflows to train, evaluate, and improve models, including data ownership and sharing.
• Define interfaces to operate Flexion-powered robots, including monitoring and runtime controls.
• Collaborate with Research and AI Engineering to translate emerging capabilities into product features.
• Spend time with customers and end users, including on-site visits, to uncover opportunities.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support deployments and gather feedback.
