Job summary

Flexion is building an AI autonomy layer for humanoid robots. We are seeking a product thinker to define the product layer around intelligence, data feedback loops, and interfaces customers deploy and operate in the real world.

You will sit at the intersection of AI research, engineering, and commercial teams, engaging with customers across industries and hands-on with on-site visits to uncover opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing AI/ML or robotics products.
• Ability to identify reusable product capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the AI platform and robot capabilities.
• Understand end-customer use cases across industries.
• Define data workflows for training and evaluation.
• Specify interfaces to operate Flexion-powered robots.
