Job summary

Flexion is seeking a product manager to own the developer tooling for humanoid robotics—SDKs, APIs, and CLI/GUIs. You will work at the intersection of infrastructure, AI, and customer-facing needs, shaping how developers deploy autonomy software across new robot platforms.

You will travel to customer sites (up to 15%), validate toolchains on real hardware, and drive a roadmap that accelerates deployments and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience managing developer-facing products (SDKs, APIs, developer platforms, or embedded tooling).
• Strong technical foundation; able to read a C++ codebase and participate in architecture discussions.
• Experience working with external developer communities or B2B technical customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of writing API specs and roadmaps.
• Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with broad scope and ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Europe and beyond (up to 15%).

Responsibilities

• Define great developer experience for engineers working with humanoid robots.
• Own the product roadmap for developer tooling: SDKs, APIs, CLI tools, GUIs, diagnostics, and integration frameworks.
• Own the productized path to policy deployment on robots at scale and monitor the gap between model and hardware.
• Support hardware design engagements with robot manufacturers to translate simulations into actionable design advice.
• Run integrations with real robots, reproduce bugs, and validate tooling in real-world conditions.
• Create documentation, tutorials, and reference architectures to enable self-serve customer teams.
