Rippling in New York invites a Product Lead to drive the next evolution of Workflow Studio, Rippling’s automation platform that spans payroll, IT, and more. You will define vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent workflows across Rippling’s product lines.

This high-visibility role partners with engineering, design, and customers to design triggers and orchestration, ensure reliability, and push the boundaries of AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a public-facing platform or infrastructure product.
• Responsible for revenue from a platform or infrastructure product.
• Deep technical experience with event-driven architectures and pipelines.
• Strong opinions about the future of workflow automation.
• Alignment with Rippling leadership principles.
• Nice to have: experience with Zapier, n8n, Temporal, Airflow, or similar AI features.

Responsibilities

• Own Workflow Studio and drive multi-product automation capabilities.
• Maintain reliability while advancing AI-powered automation.
• Define triggers, logic, approvals, and escalations across surfaces.
• Collaborate with engineering on event-driven platforms and LLM integration.
• Collaborate across product, design, and customer teams to drive adoption.
