Job summary

Rippling seeks a Product Lead to redefine Talent workflows around intelligent agents, owning vision, strategy, and execution across headcount planning, recruiting, performance, learning, and surveys. You will lead engineering and design, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive a high-impact, AI-enabled product roadmap.

The role emphasizes building cross-functional teams, deep customer engagement, and delivering an end-to-end platform that connects employee data, approvals, and workflows

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent founder experience.
• Track record of 0-to-1 product development and scaling.
• Strong AI product judgment and familiarity with agents/LLMs.
• Clear product and UX instincts turning complex workflows into simple experiences.
• Ability to work with engineering on data models and system design.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Talent agent-based suite.
• Define agentic workflows from signal to completion and guide recruitment/learning processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, GTM, and support to launch user-friendly products.
• Set quality standards, success metrics, and reliability controls for enterprise customers.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and stay ahead of AI-driven recruiting trends.
