Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Product Lead to rethink the Talent software category around agents. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution, lead engineering and design, and partner with senior leaders across Rippling.

You will guide the Talent suite from headcount planning to learning and surveys, building a connected, AI-enabled platform that scales with a large customer base. This role demands strategic thinking, strong execution, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent founder experience.
• Strong product and UX instincts for simplifying complex workflows.
• Experience with AI-native products and agent-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild the Talent suite around agents with vision, strategy, and roadmap across headcount planning, recruiting, performance, learning, and surveys.
• Define agentic workflows from initial signal through completion and build opinionated agents that drive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, GTM, sales, implementation, and support to launch user-friendly, trustable products.
• Set success metrics, maintain quality, and ensure reliability for complex customers.
• Engage with customers to understand legacy gaps and stay ahead of AI-driven talent management trends.
