Job summary

Rippling AI enables businesses to manage HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll by writing real queries against live data and taking real actions for customers. You will own the platform layer powering the AI assistant, including the frameworks teams use to add capabilities and the routing layer that selects tools and models.

You will partner with the embedded AI growth team to grow AI discovery and usage across Rippling products, and collaborate with multiple product teams to define UX for human-AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with 2+ years shipping LLM-powered or conversational AI products to production at scale.
• Exceptional design judgement with strong UX sensibility.
• Experience managing AI system economics, latency, and cost tradeoffs.
• Customer-facing B2B SaaS experience with enterprise buyers.
• Track record of building platform-level tooling adopted by multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI experiences roadmap for customer-facing surfaces, including web, mobile, and desktop.
• Collaborate with 10+ product teams to ship consistent AI experiences and define design patterns.
• Partner with the embedded AI growth team to expand AI discovery and usage.
• Define UX for human-AI collaboration, including human-in-the-loop handoffs and audits.
