• Ability to create reusable interaction patterns across teams
• Fluency with AI product challenges like trust, explainability, and human-in-the-loop
• Excellent storytelling to align multi-team decisions and execution

Aufgaben

• Lead Product Design for AI Platform, shaping interaction models and design patterns
• Coach designers and raise the bar for craft in ambiguous platform spaces
• Define reusable patterns for agents, UI, trust, explainability, and error recovery
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate opportunities into shippable experiences
