Job summary

Amazon seeks a customer-obsessed product manager to build CX experiences enabling AI Agents to transact for Amazon customers. Own end-to-end strategy for agent authentication, authorization, and delegation—ensuring secure, frictionless agent shopping, payment, and actions for customers.

The Identity Services team focuses on scalable trust and identity for agent-mediated commerce, with mentorship, collaboration with top engineers, and opportunities to shape the future of agent-driven shopping.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience technical product management.

Responsibilities

• Customer-Centric Strategy: Define and evolve the Agent Identity and Agent Transaction strategy to earn customer trust and reduce friction.
• Customer Experience Definition: Write customer-focused requirements and user stories; ensure compliance improves experience.
• Roadmap Planning: Prioritize initiatives by customer impact and deliver a regular cadence of releases.
• Cross-Functional Advocacy: Align Identity, Agentic Commerce, Payments, and Fraud teams on standards that protect customers.
• Measure Signals: Track task completion, time saved, confidence scores, opt-in rates, and revocation points to improve experience.
