ADP, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Product Development & Sourcing Specialist in Fall River, MA to bring new products to market and grow a diverse product portfolio.

You will partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to source new products, manage launches, improve performance, and identify opportunities across key categories. The role emphasizes project leadership, supplier negotiations, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Product Development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, product development, or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.
• Manage RFQs, negotiate pricing, and analyze product costs.
• Coordinate samples, testing, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Support product commercialization from concept through production.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure launch readiness.
