Job summary

Agri-Fab is seeking a Product Specialist to join the Product Development and Global Sourcing team. You will help shape new and existing product lines, analyze market and customer feedback, and support PAC-directed growth.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, manage pre-builds and PPAP activities, and ensure timely, on-budget product launches while coordinating with engineering and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development and launch processes.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional team to launch new products on time and within budget.
• Manages Pre-Builds/Stage-Gate processes (ECR, Stage-Gate, OEM projects) and associated steps.
• Order samples and coordinate design validation and testing.
• Release BOM and PPAP-related documents into the system.
• Coordinate pre-production builds and pilot runs with QA and engineering.
