Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, project management, consulting, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
• Strong supplier negotiation skills and vendor assessment experience.
• Ability to lead discussions, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing and procurement activities to support new product launches.
• Partner with engineering, operations, quality, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify supplier requirements and manage supplier selection.
• Negotiate key agreements such as NDAs and Statements of Work.
• Provide updates on supplier readiness, timelines, costs, and continuity.
• Lead discussions and resolve conflicts to influence stakeholders.
• Support innovative product development from concept through launch.
