George Patton Assoc Inc. is seeking a highly organized Product Development & Sourcing Specialist in Fall River, MA to drive new product launches and grow a strategic supplier network.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to source products, manage RFQs, optimize costs, and ensure timely commercialization from concept to customer. The role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Product Development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, product development, or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.
• Manage RFQs, negotiate pricing, and analyze product costs.
• Coordinate samples, testing, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Support product commercialization from concept through production.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure launch readiness.
• Monitor product performance, quality, margins, and customer feedback.
• Partner with Product Development, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, and Marketing teams to resolve issues and improve products.
• Support supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and line extensions.
• Provide recommendations based on market trends, supplier capabilities, and product performance data.
• Collaborate on product content, packaging, and customer-facing materials.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Development & Sourcing Specialist to help bring new products to market and drive the success of our growing product portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Category & Product Management, you'll work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to source new products, manage product launches, improve product performance, and identify growth opportunities within key categories.

What You'll Do
