Job summary

BD in USA, NJ (Franklin Lakes) seeks an Associate Director, ISC, New Product Development to lead industrialization and launch of new products from planning through full-scale production. You will bridge R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant, on-time launches aligned with business and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, industrialization, and new product launches.
• Strong background in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product launches and coordinate design transfer to serial production.
• Translate product designs into scalable, manufacturable solutions.
• Execute industrialization strategies including capacity and equipment needs.
• Own launch timing milestones and risk management with ISC teams.
• Manage and update COGS across development phases with ISC Finance.
• Act as primary ISC representative in development, qualification, and launch of new products.
• Ensure BOM accuracy, sourcing strategy, and material availability for launch.
