Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking an NPD Readiness Lead to ensure new products are fully prepared for service execution, bridging Product Development, Engineering, and Aftermarket teams.

The role emphasizes diagnostics, Field service, and training alignment to guarantee first‑time resolution from launch. With 5–8+ years in technical support or NPD environments, you will own readiness criteria, coordinate across engineering, product, and support, and drive standardized readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical, engineering, or service-related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or product support/NPD environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product teams, and Service operations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Service Readiness Ownership (NPD).
• Own service readiness for all new product introductions.
• Define readiness criteria and ensure all requirements are met prior to launch.
• Translate technical product details into actionable service requirements.
• Lead diagnostic troubleshooting and verify risk-based readiness.
• Coordinate training alignment and content prior to launch.
• Establish a single source of truth for new product support.
• Support go-live readiness and launch execution.
• Monitor early-life performance and address readiness gaps.
