Job summary

Chase Media Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of product enhancements and launches. You will coordinate across Product, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Technology to keep plans on track and ensure launch readiness.

You will monitor risks, drive communication, and support continuous improvement after release while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of project management experience in product delivery, launches, or technology programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of product enhancements aligned to business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resourcing across delivery phases from inception through post-launch.
• Define success metrics and track outcomes that support revenue growth and customer experience.
• Coordinate testing, quality checks, and documentation to support launch readiness.
• Drive cross-functional release readiness, including issue management and stabilization activities.
• Support go-to-market readiness by coordinating training materials, playbooks, and launch documentation.
• Facilitate clear communication across Product, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Technology teams.
• Track progress, risks, and KPIs; provide regular updates to leadership.
• Manage escalations during launch and support monitoring of deployment and system health.
• Capture learnings and support roadmap iteration and ongoing maintenance after launch.
