Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Commercialization & Readiness Manager to lead go-to-market, launch and post-launch strategies for key Retail initiatives. The role partners with Product, Business Operations, and other teams to ensure successful launches with measurable value delivery.

The candidate should bring SDLC, operations, stakeholder engagement, UX and project management experience, plus strong influence across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 6 years' experience in product/project/program management; PMP or similar certification a plus.
• Strong collaboration and influence skills to gain buy-in from supporting departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Knowledge of change-management principles; Prosci/ADKAR or similar certification is a plus.
• Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and prepare professional presentations and dashboards; AI aptitude encouraged.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch planning and go-to-market execution for major initiatives within Retail portfolio.
• Define, measure and communicate key product value metrics during all launch stages.
• Maintain voice of the customer (VOC) throughout product processes and in-market operations.
• Partner with training, sales, support and implementation teams to prep for launches.
• Synthesize information for audiences and build cross-functional support networks.
• Champion process improvements and leverage AI to boost productivity and clarity.
• Potentially manage 1–2 direct reports in the future.
• Travel up to 15%.
