Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Launch Manager to oversee cross-functional alignment and readiness for software offers and product launches. You will coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and other functions to ensure launches meet plan, budgets, and customer expectations.

The role requires strong process and project management acumen, superb communication, and the ability to drive consensus in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in product/launch management or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to navigate a highly-matrixed organization and gain trust with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans and track deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify cross-functional stakeholders and their associated launch plan tasks/deliverables.
• Ensure all stakeholders understand their needs and commitments for each launch.
• Anticipate issues, explore contingencies, and provide escalation management.
• Collaborate with Launch Management to improve tools and processes for launch success.
